Comments

The General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") came into effect on 25th May 2018. Accordingly, the following procedures must be adopted by Tabernacles:-

All Summonses must include the statement "The Data Protection Policy of the Order is available from the Recorder".
Please ensure ONLY the new Candidate Admission Form A and a new Joining Form J are to be used. The prospective Candidate or Joining member must also be given a copy of The Data Protection Policy and Data Protection Notice.
A copy of both The Data Protection Policy and Data Protection Notice must be sent to all current members and Honorary Members of your Tabernacle at the earliest opportunity.
